Welcome to Kelli’s Child Care Collective of Atlanta Georgia

The Collective is currently planning our first fundraiser to help raise money for our upcoming trip tothe Allied Media Conference in Detroit, at which we will participate in the Kids Track. Funds willalso be used to cover transportation for caretakers going to various events to provide care throughoutthe city, as well as funding for future projects. This event will be a party on April 1st at 368 Ponce DeLeon Ave in Atlanta, Georgia. Cover charge will be $5 or a toy donation. We will be selling alcoholto adults, but there will of course be childcare and this will be a very child-friendly event. We planto have bubbles, beach balls, and kid-friendly music! Check back for updates, and if you want to beinvolved in helping plan this and future events, please send us an e-mail or give us a call!

We recently doubled our number of partners from 2 to 4! We are now providing care twice a week forNicholas House, an organization that houses and helps homeless families get back on their feet. Mostof the people staying at Nicholas House are children, and we are delighted to be able to contribute tothe efforts of this wonderful organization. As of now, we provide care Tuesdays and Thursdays from7:30 to 8:30. Additionally, we are partnering up with MEIA-G (Movement to End Israeli ApartheidGeorgia) to provide childcare for their upcoming English as Second Language (ESL) classes theywill be providing for refugee women. Both of these are great ways to start getting involved with thecollective if you are interested! Make sure to contact us if you want to volunteer.
